Kadie’s Approach to Support and Childbirth Education
Kadie Barber is a HypnoBirthing® Certified Master Trainer, HypnoBirthing® Fertility Consultant, Certified Consulting Hypnotist, and Certified Birth Doula (DONA). Her work centers on empowering people to feel safe and supported as they navigate their parenting journey. She encourages families through education and advocacy to make informed choices, and empowers them to have a positive birthing experience. She believes each baby has a unique birth story, and through birth, we become the parents our babies need us to be.
Services
Kadie wears many hats. She is passionate about meeting new families, teaching, advocacy, and making connections.
As a HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator and Certified Master Trainer, Kadie creates a safe space for families to learn and prepare for the birth of their baby. In addition to helping expecting parents prepare for a fulfilling and gentle birth experience, she also certifies aspiring HypnoBirthing® Educators and helps birth professionals who wish to diversify their skill set.
Kadie also fulfills the role of Match Maker for Doula Love. She enjoys helping families navigate the different options of birth support, and find their Perfect Doula. She loves supporting this team of wonderful birth professionals by Doula-ing the Doulas.
On her off-time, Kadie home-schools with her two children, and enjoys family adventures outdoors with their husky, or cozied up for a movie-night. She loves to read, bake, and make lists.
