HypnoBirthing® classes are taught via Zoom. All classes will be held live and in groups to facilitate community interaction. To protect your privacy, classes are not recorded. Please call or email with any questions or for more information.

The class fee is $375, and includes you and your Birth Companion*, The HypnoBirthing® textbook and Rainbow Relaxation & Affirmations MP3, and all class materials. Classes are taught in 5 – 2 ½ hour sessions.
*Birth Companion can be your Birth Partner or other Support Person.
